These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentOS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AgentOS LLC ("AgentOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
AgentOS is an AI operating system that provides access to multiple AI providers, workflow automation, scheduling, and related tools. The Service includes:

An AgentOS Credit ("Credit") is a standardized currency unit that measures your use of AI-powered features on the platform. AgentOS purchases AI capacity directly from third-party providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, and Perplexity — and converts that capacity into Credits to simplify usage tracking, billing, and consumption across all providers. One (1) Credit equals approximately one hundred (100) tokens. This conversion provides a single, unified measurement so you don't need to track different token rates, pricing tiers, or billing units across multiple AI providers.
Credits have no monetary value except for the purchase and use of the Service under the terms specified herein. Credits have no exchange value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Credits cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or otherwise transferred to any third party. Unused Credits do not roll over between billing periods and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
New accounts receive a one-time free trial of three thousand (3,000) Credits, equivalent to approximately 300,000 tokens of AI capacity across all supported providers. The free trial period lasts seven (7) days from the date of account creation. Unused free trial Credits expire at the end of the 7-day trial period and do not carry over. After the trial period ends, continued access to AI-powered features requires a paid subscription plan.
Additional Credits and premium features may be available through paid subscription plans. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees paid for Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Credits are consumed each time you use an AI-powered feature across the platform, including but not limited to: AI Studio conversations, Time Machine comparisons and reviews, Workflow Canvas and Workflow Studio automations, and Scheduled Tasks. Different AI providers and models may consume Credits at different rates depending on the complexity and length of the request. AgentOS reserves the right to adjust Credit consumption rates as provider costs change, with reasonable notice to users.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
The Service provides access to AI-generated responses from third-party providers. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs generated through your use of the Service, subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers.
The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AgentOS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity, and others). Your use of these providers through AgentOS is also subject to their respective terms of service and policies. AgentOS is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party providers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentOS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sumter County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
